Personally super into what’s been shown on SunSpear’s Immortal and SC2 will likely go 90% by the wayside for me once that’s out.

So you tell me old, completely unsupported game, or new game(s) full of new ideas new blood and shiny toys and always getting more of those because it’s in active development and growth? There will be the die hards who never leave SC but I think most will happily make the shift if these new developers deliver. Broodwar is proof that an SC game is built to last and has a fan base to match, but with both FrostGiant and SunSpear threatening to bring new rts games into the picture, ones directly inspired by Starcraft 2, I think sunset in upon us. Blizzard isn’t putting the effort in to draw new players or even to actively keep old players around. But in terms of trending, yes I think it’s on the way down.
